Civil Engineer Land Development – Kalamazoo, MI
A leading employee-owned engineering firm with over 60 years in business is seeking a Civil Engineer Land Development to join its team in Kalamazoo, MI. This is a long-term career opportunity with one of the top firms in the nation.
Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (depending on experience)
Responsibilities for the Civil Engineer Land Development:
Lead site development projects including layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities
Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets for land development projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide technical guidance and mentorship as a Civil Engineer Land Development professional
Work directly with clients and ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications for the Civil Engineer Land Development:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan and/or Ohio
3+ years of civil engineering experience in land development
Project management experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
