Civil Engineer Land Development – Kalamazoo, MI

A leading employee-owned engineering firm with over 60 years in business is seeking a Civil Engineer Land Development to join its team in Kalamazoo, MI. This is a long-term career opportunity with one of the top firms in the nation.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities for the Civil Engineer Land Development:

  • Lead site development projects including layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets for land development projects

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship as a Civil Engineer Land Development professional

  • Work directly with clients and ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications for the Civil Engineer Land Development:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan and/or Ohio

  • 3+ years of civil engineering experience in land development

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
