Are you an audit leader who enjoys mentoring teams and owning client relationships? My client is a growing mid-sized accounting firm serving nonprofit, healthcare and professional services, and they are adding a Audit Manager to their Boston office.

About the Role:

• Manage audit, review and compilation engagements from planning to report
• Serve as the main contact for key client relationships
• Supervise, coach and develop seniors and staff
• Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy
• Support business development and client growth

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required
• 6+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience supervising and developing engagement teams
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent client communication skills
