Construction Quality Control Manager / Specialist (Minot, ND area)

JUST IN THIS AFTENOON!! NOW HIRING ASAP. An industry-leading local General Contractor is searching for an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager / Specialist to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who has a background in Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, Hospitality, or Industrial construction. It is an excellent company that delivers the highest quality projects across a wide variety of sectors will be perfect for a seasoned ESTIMATOR. Prefer experience in design build from preconstruction to the end of construction. 

Responsibilities of Quality Control Manager  - Minot:

• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
• Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
• Attend client quality management meetings
• The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

Qualifications of Quality Control Manager - Minot:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management OR a related field and a minimum of three (3) years of construction experience OR have an associate's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and practices.
• CQM Certification is highly preferred
• QC certificate from the Corp of Engineers is highly preferred
• Procore experience is preferred

• Highly competitive base salary ranging between $105K to $125K - contingent upon experience
