Luxury Home Sales Consultant

Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned Sales Professional with experience serving high-end clientele and a passion for luxury living. This individual will represent a premier home builder known for exceptional design, craftsmanship, and service. The ideal candidate may come from any luxury industry—real estate, interior design, hospitality, or premium products—but must understand the expectations and nuances of discerning clients.

Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the entire luxury home buying process—from initial consultation to contract and closing.

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and service.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, designers, architects, and partners.

  • Understand and communicate design options, finishes, and custom features with confidence and attention to detail.

  • Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and a refined sense of presentation.

Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury sales (homes, real estate, design, high-end retail, hospitality, or related field).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Proven track record of success in consultative or relationship-driven sales.

  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
