Lead Personal Lines Account Manager

A leading independent insurance brokerage in North Jersey is seeking an experienced Account Manager to take the lead in managing their Personal Lines department. Partner closely with middle to High-Net-Worth clients to deliver attentive service that fosters confidence and peace of mind.   

Responsibilities: 

• Manage personal lines book, servicing the personal insurance needs of clients
• Advising clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies
• Drive growth by cross-selling & coverage reviews 
• Remarket/bind policies for competitive pricing 
• Collaborate closely with insurance carrier partners to ensure seamless coordination and mutual success. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and responsive communication. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 + years managing a Personal Lines book
• Active P&C License 
• Proficiency with AMS360  
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others
• Problem Solver: Quick-thinking, solution-oriented, and client-focused
