Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine client needs and propose appropriate roofing solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
