About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer (CLP) to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships while providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service and risk management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new commercial insurance opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Assess client needs and provide customized insurance and risk management solutions.
Partner with account managers and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay current on industry trends, products, and market conditions.
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, business development, or insurance production.
Experience in commercial insurance lines strongly preferred.
Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to foster trust and build long-term professional relationships.
