General Liability Defense Attorney

Our client, a well-regarded law firm with a strong civil litigation practice, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Liability Defense Associate Attorney to join their California team. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of general liability defense cases, including premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, habitability, and construction defect.
• Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of post-Bar experience in general liability defense.
• Must be licensed in California, in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
