Position Overview
A growing contractor is seeking a Project Manager with civil construction experience to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. This role works closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track project costs, production, and forecasting
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contract requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience managing civil construction projects
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
