A respected Fort Worth business law firm is looking for a real estate associate or lateral attorney to handle commercial real estate matters for business clients across North Texas.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters
- Review title, survey, and due diligence materials
- Advise clients on commercial real estate issues and close transactions
Requirements
- Commercial real estate transactional experience; associate and lateral candidates considered
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and communicate directly with clients
Compensation and benefits

Work arrangement
Full-time, in office in Fort Worth.
