GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large, established regional general contractor with a strong Oklahoma City presence. The company is adding a Project Manager (Mid-Level) - Commercial Construction to its team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Mid-level commercial project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse commercial projects in the Oklahoma City market
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Mid-level commercial project management experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
