Confidential Search – Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

📍 Location: Orange County & Los Angeles County, CA

We are representing a respected commercial construction firm in their search for a Project Manager. This is a confidential opportunity to lead exciting projects across multiple market sectors while working with talented teams dedicated to excellence and integrity.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring success in cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This position requires both technical and business expertise, as well as strong leadership to guide project teams and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project team to achieve success in cost, schedule, and quality.

  • Negotiate and write subcontract scopes of work; manage budgets start to finish.

  • Collaborate with owners, design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Conduct site/building analysis, constructability reviews, and logistics planning.

  • Develop detailed project schedules incorporating procurement and delivery dates.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract requirements are met.

  • Prepare comprehensive bid lists and evaluate for best value.

  • Create and implement project logistics plans with superintendents and operations leaders.

  • Mentor and support team members to promote growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial project management experience.

  • Proven ability to manage costs, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience across diverse market sectors and delivery methods is a plus.
