Superintendent Opportunity – Commercial Construction

A well-established regional General Contractor with a stellar reputation and an impressive backlog of work is seeking a Superintendent to join their team for 2025. Known for delivering exceptional results and fostering growth, this dynamic company offers a diverse portfolio, including schools, office buildings, higher education facilities, hospitals, and medical labs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of multiple commercial projects.
• Schedule and manage on-site work to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Project Manager and Owner.
• Supervise subcontractor teams and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the project.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision.
• A strong network with local subcontractors (a plus).
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
