Construction Superintendent Opportunity – Commercial Projects

Are you a Construction Superintendent with experience managing commercial construction projects, including office buildings, MOBs, pre-engineered metal buildings, truck stops, car washes, strip malls, big box stores, and more? If so, we want to hear from you!

A reputable commercial general contractor is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage both ground-up and build-out projects valued at up to $25M. This is a traveling role, requiring you to be on-site during the week.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of field construction management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven expertise in retail, commercial, restaurant, and/or mixed-use projects.
• Strong skills in on-site project management and administration.
• Experience with cost control, contract administration, budgets, scheduling, and managing field teams.
