Experienced Litigation Paralegal
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Our client, a well-established and respected law firm in St. Louis with a strong commitment to excellence and community involvement, is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their busy litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring efficient document storage and retrieval.

  • Conduct legal research using industry-standard platforms to assist in case preparation and strategy.

  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit compilation and witness coordination.

  • Facilitate professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings comply with court rules.

  • Maintain accurate billing records and assist with invoicing processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role.

  • Proficient with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

  • Demonstrates excellent judgment, discretion, and adaptability.
