Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Location: On-Site | Century City, Los Angeles
Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $30–$50/hour

A well-established and rapidly growing plaintiff-side litigation firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its Century City office. This role supports a busy trial team handling high-value personal injury and elder abuse matters from inception through trial.

Responsibilities

• Support trial attorneys from filing of complaint through trial

• Draft and respond to extensive discovery

• Prepare pleadings, motions, oppositions, replies, declarations, and exhibit lists

• Calendar deadlines and manage litigation timelines

• Notice depositions, hearings, and court appearances

• Coordinate CourtCall and appearance attorneys

• Organize documents for filing and trial preparation

• Draft legal correspondence

• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

• Strong understanding of personal injury matters in both pre-litigation and litigation

• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

• Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
