Are you ready to take your geotechnical expertise to the next level? This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing engineering team where your skills won’t just be valued—they’ll shape the foundation of major infrastructure, commercial, and municipal projects.

Why This Role Stands Out

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll go beyond routine analysis. You’ll explore what lies beneath the surface, evaluate complex soil and rock conditions, and design solutions that directly impact the safety, efficiency, and innovation of construction projects across multiple industries.

You won’t just be behind a desk—you’ll be in the field, in the lab, and in the design room, collaborating with civil engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to bring bold projects to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead geotechnical investigations and subsurface explorations.
  • Assess soil and rock data to evaluate risks and ensure site safety.
  • Design geotechnical systems like foundations, retaining walls, and ground improvement strategies.
  • Conduct construction materials testing and field inspections.
  • Deliver clear, detailed reports and actionable engineering recommendations.
  • Manage projects and mentor team members.
  • Use cutting-edge software for modeling and geotechnical analysis.
  • Be the go-to problem solver at construction sites to keep projects moving smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on geotechnical engineering experience.
  • PE license (required).
  • 2–3 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, GeoStudio, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical principles.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with stormwater, hydraulics, surveying, or drafting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to project sites.

What’s In It For You

  • Competitive Pay ($85K–$140K depending on experience).
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (with a generous employer contribution).
  • 401(k) with company match to invest in your future.
  • Paid time off for the balance you deserve.
  • Growth opportunities with on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • A collaborative culture where your ideas make an impact.
