HR Generalist
Job Description
The HR Generalist will provide site leadership in creating a high-performance culture that emphasizes employee engagement, quality, safety, and effective Lean implementation to drive a highly productive workforce.
This role will take ownership of key change initiatives to deliver a High-Performance Culture, which is necessary to be a world-class manufacturing site. The HR Generalist will build on and apply their expertise in various areas including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and training and development of leaders to enhance cross-sector effectiveness.
