Job Description

gpac (Growing People & Companies) is a national search firm that specializes in healthcare recruiting. We have been retained by a non-profit senior living community in Manitowac County to search for both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses with experience in the long-term care setting.

Overview

This organization is a non-profit senior living campus with rehabilitation, assisted living, short-term care and skilled nursing care. They are seeking compassionate full time RN/LPNs on AM and PM shifts to join their team. They offer a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus that is contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period. They also offer a program where you receive more money per hour when you commit to working additional hours.

Day Nurse

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Days: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 – 5PM or 10:00AM – 6PM

Night Nurse

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 2:00PM – 10:00PM

Registered Nurse Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Must hold a current RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Must have one year of long-term care experience.
  • Provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed personnel assigned to the unit.
  • Comply with all pharmaceutical polices, assess residents and take appropriate interventions, participate in care planning process and ensure that care plan is implemented consistently and complies with standards of professional documentation.
  • Communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Work effectively in a team environment while providing the highest quality of care.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Must hold a current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Must have one year of long-term care experience.
  • Provide direct supervision to CNAs and other non-licensed personnel assigned to the unit.
  • Comply with all pharmaceutical policies, observe residents and take appropriate interventions, assist with the development and communication of resident care plans, and comply with standards of professional documentation.
  • Communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a dignified and respectful manner.

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience. Supplemental pay available based on additional hours committed to work.
