Job Description

We’re seeking a Construction Bookkeeper with experience in residential construction to manage day-to-day financials, job cost tracking, vendor payments, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role is vital to keeping our projects on budget and our operations efficient.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction or residential homebuilding preferred)
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop/Online, Buildertrend, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of job costing and construction billing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Track project expenses and job costing
