Compensation
- $75,000–$130,000+ annually (Base Salary + Commission)

Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities throughout Kansas and Missouri
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial, manufacturing, municipal, and commercial clients
- Identify customer environmental service needs and recommend customized solutions
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business
- Partner with operations to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Environmental services, waste, recycling, industrial services, or related industry experience preferred
- Proven history of exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Kansas and Missouri
- CRM experience preferred
