What you’ll actually do:

  • Own and drive sales strategy targeting A&D + industrial markets
  • Lead business development + key accounts (not just manage a team)
  • Align marketing with real revenue (not fluff campaigns)
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, accountable sales team
  • Work cross-functionally to win and execute on complex opportunities
