Chicago Metro, IL | $75,000–$90,000 + Growth Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing industrial machinery manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Engineering Estimator to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your engineering background with manufacturing experience, playing a key role in how projects are scoped, priced, and executed.

2+ years prior experience required

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare cost estimates for industrial machinery projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams
• Support quoting, budgeting, and proposal development

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years experience estimating in a metal manufacturing industry
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Experience working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
