This is an exceptional opportunity for a litigation attorney to work on high-level employment and commercial matters in a collaborative and hybrid environment.

Position: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid Schedule Available)
Position Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (On-site and Remote Flexibility)
Salary Range: Competitive base + multiple bonus programs
Experience Level: 2+ years of litigation experience


About the Role:
Join a well-established and diverse team handling cutting-edge legal matters in:

  • Single-plaintiff FEHA claims
  • Wage & hour disputes (including PAGA claims)
  • Class action litigation
  • Privacy and commercial litigation

You’ll get direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and support from a strong mentorship program within a growing national practice.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred, but other civil litigation experience welcome)
  • Strong academic background and research/writing skills
  • Experience with wage & hour, PAGA, or class actions is a plus
  • Must be licensed and in good standing in California
  • Highly motivated team player ready to engage with complex litigation and top-tier clients
