A growing construction firm is working through us and is looking to add a Residential Construction Assistant Project Manager to their team.

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Aid in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential construction or project management.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
