A well-established custom home builder in the Lexington/Midlands South Carolina market is seeking a dependable and personable Sales Assistant / Design Coordinator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners with selections, finishes, and design choices throughout the custom homebuilding process
- Coordinate and process change orders accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors
- Support the sales and customer experience process from contract through project completion
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients throughout construction
- Help ensure homeowners have a positive and seamless experience from start to finish
Preferred Experience
- Residential construction or homebuilding experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with custom home clients is a plus
- Exposure to Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional communication and follow-up skills
- Stable work history is highly important
- Candidates located near the Lexington area strongly preferred
