Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

Location: Milwaukee WI

Position Overview:

The firm is seeking a LItigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role focuses on representing clients in litigation involving matters such as enforcement of property restrictions, insurance coverage, civil rights complaints, contract disputes, construction defects and other real property issues. 

• 5+ years of litigation experience required preferrably in the areas of real estate, corporate, or contract litigation, or experience representing governmental organizations

• Experience with HOAs or Condo Associations preferred but not required

• Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in Wisconsin.

• Expected to be proficient in all phases and tasks of a matter, including but not limited to drafting complaints and answers, discovery, witness preperation, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, trial preperation, actual trial conduct and appellate work.
