Engineering Manager – Manufacturing

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead design, drafting, and product development efforts within a growing manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with engineering, product management, and sales to drive new product development while continuously improving existing product lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all engineering and design activities across new product development and existing product support
• Drive product innovation, performance improvements, and compliance with safety and industry standards
• Oversee concept design through prototype, testing, and final production release
• Manage evaluation and testing of components to ensure proper form, fit, and function
• Support resolution of manufacturing and field issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain engineering documentation, design databases, and revision control systems
• Collaborate with sales to provide technical expertise, product positioning, and competitive differentiation
• Assist with product pricing for catalog and replacement parts as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Manage engineering budgets and resource allocation
• Build and lead a high-performing team — hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering and lab personnel

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or projects
• Strong understanding of product design, development, and manufacturing processes
• Exposure to HVAC or mechanical systems is a plus
• CAD Experience
