About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our tooling division and help deliver precision components for demanding applications. This position requires expertise in CNC machining and proficiency with Delcam software for programming complex toolpaths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for tooling and mold components.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Program and edit toolpaths using Delcam (PowerMILL/PowerSHAPE) for complex geometries.
• Perform quality checks and maintain tight tolerances on all parts.
• Collaborate with engineers and toolmakers to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a tooling or mold-making environment.
• Proficiency in Delcam CAM software (PowerMILL, PowerSHAPE) for programming and toolpath generation.
• Strong knowledge of G & M codes and CNC controls.
• Ability to work from CAD models and technical drawings.
• Experience with aluminum and steel tooling components preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality.
