About the Role: We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team and lead the design and execution of custom thermal processing systems for advanced materials. This position involves mechanical design, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mechanical designs using 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Manage projects from concept through installation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and fabrication.
• Conduct testing and validation of equipment performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and project engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong understanding of thermal systems or industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience).
