Job Description: General Dentist
Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable General Dentist to join our patient-focused dental practice. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options to improve overall dental health.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, diseases, and infections in accordance with standard best practices.
- Utilize advanced dental technologies such as digital X-rays and electronic health records to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient care.
- Build long-lasting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate and personalized care.
- Supervise and collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted dental license to practice in Minnesota.
- Proficiency in general dentistry, including restorative and preventative procedures.
- A strong ethical foundation and dedication to patient-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
