🔥 Now Hiring: Litigation Legal Assistant – Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) A respected and long-established Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Legal Assistant to support its attorneys through all phases of complex litigation. What You’ll Do
Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation: case filing, discovery, motions, hearings, trial prep, trial, and appeals.
Receive, review, organize, and produce discovery materials.
Prepare deposition materials, manage exhibits, and summarize transcripts.
Assist with motions practice by organizing exhibits, proofreading, and preparing filing packets.
Handle electronic and hard-copy court filings and distribute bound sets.
Provide logistical and in-court support for hearings and trials, including exhibit management and witness prep.
Perform document indexing, Bates-stamping, redactions, duplication, and de-duplication.
Maintain structured case files; create chronologies, document lists, and fact summaries.
Build and manage electronic databases; run searches, extract information, and prepare reports.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree required; ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of complex litigation experience in a law firm.
Trial experience preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and comfort handling high-volume litigation files.
Excellent communication, technology, and document-management abilities.
Hybrid role located in Pittsburgh, PA.
