Bankruptcy Associate Attorney – Asheville, NC (0–3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a motivated Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Asheville, NC. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a just graduate or early-career attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in bankruptcy law while also exploring real estate, civil litigation, and corporate/business law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of consumer bankruptcy cases
  • Draft litigation pleadings, discovery, motions, and conduct legal research
  • Assist small business owners with business formation, contracts, and transactional documents
  • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions

Qualifications:

  • 0–3 Years Experience Bankruptcy Associate Attorney
  • Admission to the North Carolina state bar
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional project management and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with legal technology and practice management tools, including Clio, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and specialized software for Real Estate and Bankruptcy matters
