Key Responsibilities
Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic automation issues to minimize downtime
Support production teams by ensuring equipment reliability and safe operation
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible shifts and occasional overtime as needed
