Rather than selling commodity products, you'll partner with engineers, contractors, facility owners, and consulting firms to develop customized solutions for complex mechanical applications. 🛠 What You'll Be Doing

• Develop relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, owners, and facility managers
• Identify opportunities for engineered HVAC and mechanical system solutions
• Prepare technical recommendations, estimates, and project proposals
• Manage projects from initial opportunity through successful implementation
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
• Expand existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and emerging technologies


🎯 What We're Looking For

• Technical sales experience within HVAC, mechanical systems, industrial equipment, engineered products, controls, automation, or related industries
• Experience selling complex technical or engineered solutions
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and executive decision-makers
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and territory management skills
• Engineering, mechanical, or technical background is highly preferred

• $100,000–$150,000 base salary (DOE)
