Project Coordinator

About the Role:

Join a dynamic residential homebuilding team where you’ll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day execution of new home construction projects. You’ll support project managers and field teams to ensure homes are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role that bridges the office and the field, giving you exposure to all aspects of residential construction project management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential construction projects

  • Track schedules, budgets, and project documentation

  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project progress

  • Maintain project files, including contracts, permits, and change orders

  • Support quality control and follow-up with homeowners as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination (residential preferred)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with field and office teams

  • Understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and schedules
