Project Coordinator
About the Role:
Join a dynamic residential homebuilding team where you’ll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day execution of new home construction projects. You’ll support project managers and field teams to ensure homes are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role that bridges the office and the field, giving you exposure to all aspects of residential construction project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential construction projects
Track schedules, budgets, and project documentation
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project progress
Maintain project files, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Support quality control and follow-up with homeowners as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction project coordination (residential preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with field and office teams
Understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and schedules
