Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
5+ Years Experience | In-Office | Southeast Houston (Outside the Loop)
An established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm in Southeast Houston (outside the loop) is seeking a senior-level litigation paralegal to join its team. This is a full-time, in-office role for an experienced professional who can handle a demanding litigation caseload.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
5+ years as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation paralegal
Current role must be Plaintiff-side litigation (Defense, pre-lit only, or mixed roles will not be considered)
Proven ability to manage 70+ active litigation cases
Strong understanding of litigation workflows and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume litigation caseload from discovery through trial
Draft and respond to written discovery
Handle e-filing, calendaring, and docket control orders
Prepare hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial materials
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure cases stay on track
Step in for trial support, including extended hours when required
Schedule & Work Environment
In-office only (no hybrid or remote)
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
When the workday is done, you’re done (additional hours required only when preparing for or attending trial)
