Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

5+ Years Experience | In-Office | Southeast Houston (Outside the Loop)

An established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm in Southeast Houston (outside the loop) is seeking a senior-level litigation paralegal to join its team. This is a full-time, in-office role for an experienced professional who can handle a demanding litigation caseload.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 5+ years as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation paralegal

  • Current role must be Plaintiff-side litigation (Defense, pre-lit only, or mixed roles will not be considered)

  • Proven ability to manage 70+ active litigation cases

  • Strong understanding of litigation workflows and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume litigation caseload from discovery through trial

  • Draft and respond to written discovery

  • Handle e-filing, calendaring, and docket control orders

  • Prepare hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial materials

  • Coordinate with attorneys to ensure cases stay on track

  • Step in for trial support, including extended hours when required

Schedule & Work Environment

  • In-office only (no hybrid or remote)

  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • When the workday is done, you’re done (additional hours required only when preparing for or attending trial)
