A premier, high-growth dermatology organization in Texas is seeking a visionary Regional Medical Director to lead and elevate clinical performance across multiple dermatology clinics and a fully integrated pathology laboratory. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership across multiple locations
• Establish and uphold best-in-class standards for patient care, safety, and outcomes

• Oversee dermatopathology operations to ensure diagnostic accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Dermatologist or Dermatopathologist
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-site or high-volume clinical setting
• Strong background in both clinical dermatology and/or dermatopathology
• Proven ability to drive results, improve performance, and lead teams effectively
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
