Lead Superintendent – Class A Office Tenant Improvements

Take charge of a diverse portfolio of Class A office tenant improvement projects, ranging from $100K up to $20M, with a top local General Contractor. This well-established company enjoys repeat business and a good standing in the industry, and it is adding a Lead Superintendent to its team.

What you will do:

• Run each project and lead the crew in a daily meeting
• Hire, train and manage the people who report to you
• Build to the drawings and approved plans

What you need:

• More than 2 years leading Class A office TI projects as an acting Superintendent
