What you'll do
- Handle a labor & employment caseload, including single-plaintiff, class, and PAGA matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
- Advise employers on compliance, policies, and workplace issues
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with experienced partners
What you'll bring
- Active California State Bar license in good standing
- 2-10 years of labor & employment experience
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Good judgment, client focus, and the ability to manage a caseload independently

- $175K-$275K base, depending on experience
