The Service Project Manager will lead staff members in commercial and light industrial projects. The Service Project Manager will routinely work with service and install technicians, maintain efficient department operations and dispatch personnel.

The Service Project Manager should possess the following skills, characteristics and abilities:

• Excellent customer service
• 3-5 Years' Project Management related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuit
• Technical aptitude
• Knowledge of local codes
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Conflict management skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized - able to multi-task
• Computer skills: - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigation
• Clean, neat and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
• Ability and willingness to work!
