Job Opportunity: Controller/Senior Accountant

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a background in construction? We're seeking a Controller/Senior Accountant to join our team and oversee critical financial operations.

Key Qualifications:

• Construction industry experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant preferred.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial statements, banking, retirement plans, and profit-sharing management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Manage relationships with banks, insurance providers, and financial advisors.
• Oversee retirement plans and profit-sharing programs.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial decisions.
