Qualifications

• 3-5 full years of experience working on transactional real estate files 
• Practice focusing on some or all of the following: Real Estate, Creditors' Rights, Bankruptcy and Insolvency
• No experience in Bankruptcy is required 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to strive for the best result for your client's interest
