Litigation Associate Attorney (0+ Years) – Hybrid, Oakland, CA

A well-established Oakland litigation firm, founded more than 25 years ago, is adding an associate to its team. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, health care organizations, construction and development businesses, and individuals in local and national litigation. Clients know the firm for fast, cost-effective case evaluation and strong results. Newly barred attorneys are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do

• Support litigation matters for business, health care, and construction clients.
• Handle research, writing, motion practice, and discovery.
• Help evaluate cases quickly and cost-effectively alongside experienced attorneys.

What We're Looking For

• 0+ years of litigation experience. Newly barred attorneys are welcome.
• An active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Why This Role

• A hybrid schedule from the Oakland office.
• A flexible billable target of 1,800 to 1,920 hours, with salary set to match the hours you choose.
• Year-end bonuses, plus an additional hours-based bonus structure in development.
• Base salary from $110,000, depending on experience.
