GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a residential construction firm focused on quality new builds and renovations in Western North Carolina. The company is adding a Program Manager - Residential New Build and Renovation to its team in Asheville, NC. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Residential new build or renovation experience, with excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential new build and renovation programs with strict documentation requirements
• Manage a portfolio of residential new build and renovation projects
• Keep documentation, schedules and budgets organized and current
• Communicate clearly with clients, trades and internal staff

Requirements

• Residential new build or renovation experience, with excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
