Lead our team of A&P techs in the shop
Oversee maintenance, inspections, and repairs on light GA aircraft
Troubleshoot systems and ensure FAA compliance
Coordinate with other teams for smooth, timely project completion
Work hands-on with everything from taildraggers to modern light jets
Must-Have:
A&P License + IA Certification
3–5+ years of piston GA experience
U.S. work authorization
Valid driver’s license
Strong leadership, time management, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred:
PT6 or light jet experience
Avionics install/troubleshooting
Familiarity with aircraft like Piper, Beechcraft, or similar
