An established, growth-focused aesthetic surgery practice in Burbank, California is seeking an American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding team.

Perform cosmetic plastic surgery procedures with a strong emphasis on patient safety and exceptional outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized surgical treatment plans.
Build lasting patient relationships through excellent communication and clinical care.
Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Participate in educational content, digital marketing initiatives, social media, and other brand-building efforts.
Help grow your personal reputation while contributing to the continued success of the practice.
MD or DO degree.
Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Recently completed Plastic Surgery Residency or Fellowship (or early in practice) who could benefit from mentorship.
Eligible for California medical licensure.
Outstanding surgical skills and strong aesthetic judgment.
Excellent bedside manner and consultation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a long-term cosmetic surgery practice.
Comfortable representing the practice through marketing, educational content, social media, and community engagement.
Clear pathway to future equity and practice partnership.
