An established, growth-focused aesthetic surgery practice in Burbank, California is seeking an American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding team.

This opportunity is ideal for a recent residency or fellowship graduate who is eager to establish a thriving cosmetic surgery practice with the support of an experienced organization committed to investing in its surgeons, or someone early in their career who could benefit from mentorship. 

The practice provides robust marketing support, a steady pipeline of patient consultations, and a unique opportunity to become the face of a growing aesthetic brand. For the right surgeon, there is also a clear pathway toward future equity and long-term practice partnership.

What You'll Do

  • Perform cosmetic plastic surgery procedures with a strong emphasis on patient safety and exceptional outcomes.

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized surgical treatment plans.

  • Build lasting patient relationships through excellent communication and clinical care.

  • Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

  • Participate in educational content, digital marketing initiatives, social media, and other brand-building efforts.

  • Help grow your personal reputation while contributing to the continued success of the practice.

What We're Looking For

  • MD or DO degree.

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

  • Recently completed Plastic Surgery Residency or Fellowship (or early in practice) who could benefit from mentorship. 

  • Eligible for California medical licensure.

  • Outstanding surgical skills and strong aesthetic judgment.

  • Excellent bedside manner and consultation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a long-term cosmetic surgery practice.

  • Comfortable representing the practice through marketing, educational content, social media, and community engagement.

This position is 100% collections-based, providing unlimited income potential.
