A respected firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Wilmington office handling a broad range of defense litigation matters.
Practice Areas:
✔️ Commercial Litigation
✔️ Insurance & Professional Liability Defense
✔️ Construction Defect
✔️ Product & Premises Liability
✔️ Motor Vehicle & Personal Injury
✔️ Coverage & Regulatory Matters
Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage cases through all stages of litigation
🔹 Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
🔹 Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
🔹 Appear in state and federal court
🔹 Develop case strategy and client updates
Qualifications:
✅ Active North Carolina Bar License
✅ 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
✅ Litigation experience preferred (insurance defense/commercial preferred)
✅ Strong writing, research, and communication skills
✅ Deposition/trial experience a plus
✅ Organized, self-motivated, and independent
