An established law firm in Sacramento is hiring an experienced Senior Paralegal to support its attorneys on complex matters. You'll take on a high level of responsibility, work with a collaborative team, and play a key role in case management from start to finish.
What you'll do
- Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines across multiple matters
- Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial, including exhibits and binders
- Do legal and factual research and organize case materials
- Coordinate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel
- Mentor and support junior paralegals and staff
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of paralegal experience at a law firm
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate (required)
- Strong knowledge of California court rules and e-filing
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
