Position Overview:
The Construction Support and Billing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting high-volume, fast-paced construction operations. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of administrative, billing, and project support functions across 60–70 active projects at any given time, with project values reaching $10M+.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process all project-related documentation with a high level of accuracy
Support billing functions including invoicing, pay applications, and lien waivers
Track and maintain project data, schedules, and documentation across multiple active jobs
Assist with estimates, contract documentation, and project setup
Coordinate with project managers, accounting teams, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all paperwork associated with active projects
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company and client requirements
Proactively identify process improvements and support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction administration, billing, project coordination, or a similar role preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
Experience with Sage, Textura, GCPay, or similar construction/accounting software preferred
Associate’s degree (or higher) in a related field preferred; open to relevant educational backgrounds
